Metric PCM was engaged to provide Project Consultancy Services to support the replacement of two semi autogenous mills (SAG) at the CSA process plant.
Primarily we were engaged to support the commissioning of the plant installed by construction contractors integrated with the owners management team and support the development of Safe Work Instruction and Preventative Maintenance plans for implementation in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP).
